Report an Issue
If something goes wrong, you can report a problem directly through the platform. Our team will review the case and take appropriate action.
How it works:
- Submit a report via “Report Issue”
- Provide photos, details, and explanation
- Our system reviews the case
- Funds may be temporarily held during investigation
Payments & Financial Safety
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Payouts are released only after stay completion
- Funds may be held in case of disputes
- Chargebacks may be handled via Stripe or banking institutions
Fraud Prevention
- Detection of suspicious booking behavior
- Monitoring of multiple accounts
- Blocking users violating platform rules
